I so enjoyed the time spent with many ladies of Lancaster Baptist this morning as we gathered for a time of prayer on our campus. We prayed at several different locations and asked God to specifically bless the various ministries taking place at those areas this fall.

While our ministry as a whole has an exciting fall calendar, there are some helpful and edifying opportunities planned  just for ladies, as well.  Below is an overview of fall events for LBC ladies ministry. I’m looking forward to growing together with you in the upcoming months!

Fall Schedule:

Ladies Bible Study Wednesdays  |  8–9 am  |  North Auditorium

Enjoy fellowship and light refreshments before a time of study in God’s Word. This semester, we will conduct a verse-by-verse study through the book of Ruth. This is a wonderful time to form new friendships and to grow deeper in our knowledge of God and His Word! Childcare is provided for children ages 0–5 years.

Single Moms Bible Study Elective Thursdays @ 7 pm 

Single moms will learn biblical principles that will encourage Christian growth and will enjoy fellowship with other ladies in the church.

HOME: Helping Our Mother’s Excel Fridays Once a Month  |  9–11 am

HOME is a monthly meeting held in the North Auditorium for moms with children ages newborn–4 years old. This monthly gathering is a time of fellowship, encouragement, and edification for moms with young children. We know this season of life can be challenging, and it is our desire to equip moms with the tools they need to build a Christ-centered, peaceful, and structured home. Childcare is provided birth through 4 year olds.

West Coast Baptist Ladies Conference Preparation Party September 18 @ 8 am–Noon

Join ladies from your adult Bible fellowship for a morning of fun and service as we prepare for the annual Ladies Conference. Following the preparation party, the ladies from your adult Bible fellowship will connect for lunch (details will be coordinated by your class leader or leader’s wife). Childcare is provided!

West Coast Baptist Ladies Conference September 18–20

Every September, Lancaster Baptist Church hosts a conference for women on the West Coast. This three day event (Thursday evening—Saturday morning) is packed with encouraging fellowship, uplifting music, heart-changing messages, and prayerfully, life-changing decisions! The cost is $40 (if paid by August 31) and includes lunch on Friday, refreshments, materials, and giveaways.

Mother’s Day Out December 8 at 9:00 am

December is a month that is crazy busy for every woman – especially moms! So, we try to give our moms one morning early in the month to take care of anything on their to-do list. Whether it’s shopping, wrapping, eating, or sleeping – we give you the morning for some alone time while your children enjoy a craft, lunch, and activities. (Child registration is required in advance for this opportunity!)
